Sandhya Sekar

I finished a PhD in Ecology before deciding to shift tracks and take up science journalism. I am now an "India intern" for the environment and conservation news website mongabay.com; and a fellow at a research collective Gubbi Labs, where I handle their social media. I am also the junior editor at the magazine Current Conservation.

I am enjoying being my own boss in a charming city by the seaside in Kerala - at the same time, I am trying to deal with the freedom that comes with it.
