Sapphire training works with a diverse range of clients in the Food & Drinks sector and has built up significant expertise in all the above areas. We also have a trusted network of experienced associates who we partner with as appropriate. Sapphire Training Solutions was established in 2007 by Ger Galvin. Ger has an MSc (Brewing & Distilling) and prior to 2007 worked for 15 years with Diageo in St James Gate, Dundalk, Kilkenny and Waterford. Ger also has a blackbelt in lean and is an NUI certified trainer.
