I’m a passionate and experienced Italian marketing professional who has spent the majority of her career working internationally. I believe in people and am deeply committed to equality: I dream of a world where diversity is truly cherished and inclusion is the norm.

As the mother of two boys, one of my life missions is to raise them into fantastic human beings who understand that with power comes the responsibility—and the duty—to champion gender equality.

Like my mum, I view the world through a lens of positivity. Like my dad, I believe that hard work and determination can take you anywhere. And like my grandfather and my uncle, I know that asking someone "have you eaten?" is one of the greatest acts of love.

I began my career in a creative boutique agency, where I learned the art of client-centric communication under tight resource constraints and high pressure. In 2008, I joined an entrepreneurial Google (~20K employees at the time), where I mastered the science of online marketing success, particularly for SMBs. As Google grew to become a 120K+ employee company, so did my career, thanks to a well-rounded skill set combining top-notch execution, strategic thinking, and versatile communication.

In 2014, I stepped into people management, starting a leadership journey that shaped my distinctive style: authentic, motivating, and caring. I foster personal growth, celebrate diversity and inclusion, and champion each person’s uniqueness to create the strongest teams. Committed to continuous development, I am also pursuing a coaching certification with the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Over the last five years, I have specialized in SMB acquisition marketing, mastering the art and science of scaling business growth by starting from customers' needs and delivering double-digit results across diversified marketing channels.

Today, I am proud to serve as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Talent Garden, Europe’s leading digital skills academy and innovation platform. Here, I combine my passion for education, innovation, and business growth, leading marketing and sales teams with a people-first, impact-driven approach.

Outside of work, I share my passion for food through my website saraslunches.com. I played competitive volleyball for 15 years and still play today. I was a proud AC Milan season ticket holder for seven years and twice competed in the Italian National School Olympics (Shot Put).
