As a dynamic consultant, coach, and educator, Sarah Scala has over 18 years of experience in supporting organization development, leadership, and change management for diverse client organizations. She is passionate about creating solutions that strengthen interpersonal skills and support change with individuals, teams, and organizations.

Sarah brings high energy, adaptability, and openness to new challenges. She has substantial experience in global leadership development, executive coaching, learning design, and team effectiveness. Sarah has led development initiatives for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as global manufacturing, financial services, legal, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, medical, consulting, and education.

Sarah earned a master’s degree in Organization Development and Adult Education from Alverno College, and a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Business Management and Adventure Recreation from Green Mountain College. She is qualified to administer the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Thomas Kilman Conflict Instrument, and SLII®. Sarah has also completed coaching and intervention training with the Gestalt International Study Center.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Sarah focused on organization and leadership development in roles including: Senior Organization Development Consultant at Hypertherm Inc., Manager of The Kohler Experiential Learning Center at Kohler Company, Training Consultant in the financial industry, Adventure Education Instructor at Aurora University, and Vice President at Gary G. Scala Carpentry.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys cycling, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, cross-country skiing, and travel. She also enjoys philanthropy by providing meals to those in need with Falmouth Eats Together on Cape Cod, MA., and recently offered free consulting services to design a mentor program for a college. Sarah also serves as a mentor for Cape Cod Young Professionals Mentor Exchange Program.
