My name is Joseph Schroeder, I am originally from the Chicago area, and I recently moved to Houston in 2011 for economic reasons. I just recently got promoted to Assistant Supervisor and my current job (Alloy & Stainless Fasteners). I am certain that I would have a great future with this company, but I am not sure that its the way I want to go as far as my career path is concerned. I currently oversee 6-8 employees at a time while cutting threaded and unthreaded steel bars for gas/oil companies worldwide. I started with this company as a temp doing janitorial work soon after I moved here and have been working my way up ever since. I have a strong work ethic, and am extremely flexible/dependable which is a big reason they think so highly of me.
