Raised in Southeast Michigan, the map is dotted with places I've called home over the years. Time spent in Indiana and Wyoming set the stage for returning to Michigan in the early 1990's.

Life has been full and I've been amazed that with each new day there still seems to be room for more. A blended family of six kids, four kid-in-laws and fifteen grandchildren is only eclipsed by being married to a most remarkable woman. Our story is probably one for the ages and stands as definitive proof that you never know when earlier paths will again cross; their second intersections proving to be the stuff of great novels and long-admired movies. Ministry has been my dominant focus for 40 years, moving from early high school campus ministries later moving to the Wesleyan Church and including job descriptions ranging from youth ministry to music to administration lead pastor and now back to administration for the home stretch.

These current days are among the most challenging and fulfilling as I head into that home stretch. My goal now is to leave behind as many well-equipped younger leaders behind who understand the importance of multiplication in Kingdom work. I also look forward to opportunities to coach pastors through their challenging days and encourage believers to be the vibrant stewards of the life God has granted them are the stuff of my dreams.
