Scott Beale is an accomplished business developer, entrepreneur, and aviation professional. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the aviation industry, Scott has developed competencies in account development and acquisitions, strategic and tactical planning, operational execution, and contract negotiations among others. Moreover, Scott’s expertise in commercial sales and marketing of aviation products, government contracting, FAA certifications, maintenance report operations, and startup operations has led the companies he piloted to achieve revenue growth and various certifications.

Scott Beale earned his Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Business Management from Ohio State and after graduating, found a job as a general manager of an Atlanta, Georgia aviation business. In 2000, Scott purchased the company, renaming it FlightWorks. There, he cultivated and furthered his expertise in managing aircraft assets.

His years at Aerodynamics Incorporated has honed his skill in business development management that led to the company generating over $60 million in annual revenues. During his stint at Mountain Aviation, a 300 percent increase in net pre-tax profit in the first 18 months of acquisition was secured through integration activities, policy changes, efficiency improvements, policy changes, contract negotiations, and universal diligence.

Scott Beale has been flying for nearly thirty years and continues to clock in hours in aircraft training and education. He is affiliated with many aviation and non-aviation associations like the National Air Transportation Association Air Charter Safety, where he is a member of the board of directors from 2007 till 2010 and an executive board member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity from 1991 to 1995.

Scott continues to encounter exciting projects, some of which include modifying and selling a U.S. Air Force Gulfstream aircraft and conducting surveillance on the U.S./Mexican border. In addition to his dedication to the aviation industry, Scott pursues his passion of piloting by flying several times a week.
