Proudly Kiwi, but living and working in London. I left my full-time job (innovation, proposition development and creative facilitation) at xmas to become an entrepreneur. I'm pretty purpose-driven and for me that's helping creative entrepreneurs to fulfil their biggest ambition, with a particular focus on creating this sort of culture in NZ, for the benefit of Kiwis and NZ as a whole. Based on my background, my approach tends towards propagating culture change, inspiring and coaching creative ambition and collaboration, and designing open innovation systems. I'm looking for my own business opportunity but also - while I'm in this exploratory phase - opportunities to get stuck in and contribute to the work that like-minded people are already doing. So I'm actively connecting with incubators, accelerators and co-working spaces, media and content owners, network and community managers, startup educators, purpose-driven organisations, and of course the entrepreneurs themselves.
