Scott Theeringer
As President of the Mages Group and Mages Real Estate in Dallas, Scott Theeringer has achieved several business goals in less than two years. He facilitated an overhaul of business development that resulted in 1,200 percent growth in construction revenue, and he relocated the company headquarters. Scott Theeringer also expanded the staff, then instituted training procedures to professionalize the new hires. During Theeringer’s tenure, the Mages Group developed and signed an exclusive agreement to provide commercial real estate services to oilfield service companies.
Prior to assuming his current role, Scott Theeringer served as Vice President of Development and Construction for The Tritan Group, LLC, in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He held this position for over three years, during which time he secured all construction contracts for the company. At this job, as in his present position, Theeringer instituted new standards of professionalism and implemented new training procedures to impart them to his sales staff. The vice president fulfilled a variety of duties, including conducting on-site inspections and maintaining client and subcontractor relationships.
Theeringer had previously held the title of Vice President of Development at Club Systems, Inc. In this role, the real estate executive operated a resort network with a membership base of over 25,000. He was responsible for envisioning and carrying out business expansion, as well as related accounting and financial duties, such as performing market analyses, acquiring new properties, preparing quarterly reports, and providing balance sheets.
Scott Theeringer majored in economics and finance at Santa Rosa College, graduating in 1993. He attended various sales and marketing seminars and later studied at real estate schools in California and Texas. Licensed as a general contractor in California, Scott Theeringer currently makes his home in Plano, Texas.
