Roytel Shumate

Sean Shumate leadership style specializes in coaching and motivating upward development to achieve company and financial goals. Sean is no stranger to providing award-winning leadership in highly competitive markets and industries. He spent over 14 years demonstrating successful customer service leadership, retail sales management and, logistics growth.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Also, in pursuit of an MBA in Safety Management from Trident University International and active is a member of the MTSU and NSCC Chapters of the National Society of Leadership. Sean attended many hours of training focused on teamwork, goal setting, high achievement, leadership skills and styles, self-motivation, and accountability.

Through many hours of hard work, and after being reviewed by both the staff at his college as well as our National Office, Sean has been awarded a Certificate of Leadership Training. If you have not heard of The National Society of Leadership and Success' certification program, you may not realize how much work is involved for a member to achieve Sean's status. Since joining, Sean has attended training broadcasts with presenters such as Dr. Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield, Rudy Giuliani, Harvey MacKay, and Alan Dershowitz. Additionally, through bi-weekly mastermind team meetings, he has learned how to use a peer group to increase performance.

Sean Shumate now coaches other people to achieve the same success. Sean possesses a surplus of skills including, but not limited to, Mentoring, Coaching and Sales and Account Management, Supply Chain and Logistics.
