Sean Zarinegar

Over the course of his career in investment and finance, Sean Zarinegar has focused on developing value-added opportunities. He has personally invested in properties across three states, driven by a focus on identifying undervalued properties. As the president and CEO of the American Housing Income Trust, Sean Zarinegar has evaluated, assessed, and bought distressed single-family homes in select parts of the country and then restored, leased, and managed them as investment properties.

Experienced in the broader field of capital investment as well, Sean Zarinegar stands out as the founder and former CEO of American Income Securities. In this role, he managed more than $50 million in total assets. Also the former manager of a venture capital fund and the founding president of investment bank CBA Capital, Mr. Zarinegar draws on a diverse knowledge of funds acquisition and allocation.

Dedicated to giving back to his community, Sean Zarinegar supports his local high school athletic teams. Also active in his church as the host of weekly Bible study groups, he encourages his four children to donate their time to helping others. He enjoys watching his children participate in extracurricular activities and is dedicated to setting aside quality family time as well. He takes time every weekend to take his family outdoors to play, and each year he strives to bring them on an enriching vacation.
