Selcuk Karamanoglu

A native of Istanbul, Turkey, Selcuk Karamanoglu is a former championship-winning rally car driver who has been engaged in the real estate sector since relocating to the United States in the early 1980s. After investing in residential real estate, Selcuk Karamanoglu began purchasing commercial properties and has since steadily grown his portfolio. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is an avid sailor who spends much of his free time on the ocean traveling to different countries. He also often sails from his home in Maine to his native country of Turkey.

While living in Turkey, Selcuk Karamanoglu won numerous national and international rally car championships, while also fostering a love for sailing. His brother currently owns a sailing school in the country and his niece is an instructor. Mr. Karamanoglu and his brother lost their parents when he was just 15 years old and were forced to take over management of the family-owned Hotel Bebek, where he gained extensive business management experience while beginning his career.
