Selim Zherka is a successful real estate maven with a diverse investment portfolio and more than 30 years of experience in the industry behind him. He began his career in real estate at the age of 17 and built his success to building value in the properties in his portfolio and establishing excellent rapport with key financiers over the years.

He was born to an Albanian immigrant family in the Bronx in 1968 and credits his parents for instilling in him his work ethic and a keen sense of justice.

A committed humanitarian, Selim is a generous contributor to organizations advocating for homeless individuals and underprivileged children. Today, he is a proud husband and father of eight.
