Seminary Properties and Management

Seminary Properties and Management Ltd. is a residential rental company that has served the North side of Chicago for over four decades. Since establishing its first premises on Seminary Avenue, the family-owned Seminary Properties and Management Ltd. has expanded to other locations across the North Side, including Roscoe Village and Wicker Park.

Since its founding, the company has maintained a hands-on approach when working with clients and renters, with many of its employees living in the buildings that they rent out. This attitude has been seen throughout all of the firm’s history, with its founder cleaning and maintaining many of the business’s properties.

Throughout its history, Seminary has been family-owned, with the second generation of the family taking over the business in 1998. Since then, there have been various changes in the company, such as an increased size and scope for our full-time maintenance team, which has allowed the firm to continually upgrade its properties.
