I'm the founder and executive director of Blueprint for Success (501c3), a multi-platform comprehensive student-athlete development program.
Our mission is to implement Blueprint for Success in every middle school, high school and college (D1, D2, D3, NAIA and junior college) in the country as well as youth development organizations (ex. Boys and Girls Clubs and YMCAs). To offer services never provided for student-athletes on this scale in terms of development, education, preparation, prevention, life skills and opportunities. We are targeting Blueprint for Success to be a nationwide initiative and innovative movement to impact student-athletes and affect their future success.
