Serge Kouadio, Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor, has more years of experience in monitoring and evaluation , in designing program logical frameworks and Monitoring and Evaluation strategies. In his most recent role, he has developed data collection tools on project indicators.

Mr. Serge Kouadio has experience preparing M&E reports including analysis, recommendations and has conducted mid-terms and final evaluation of the project.

Mr. Serge Kouadio is fluent in French and holds a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and a Sophomore year in Computer Science from the University of Abobo-Adjamé in Ivory Coast.
