I'm a Tech at Mercedes Benz, fixing anything broken from bumper to bumper. I want to one day be an Engineer, Author, and Innovator. Some of my hobbies are to tinker, read, and learn new skills. I want to start a company one day and am learning the skills to do that. My vision is for a brighter, cleaner world with worldwide peace and to help with the technology to make lives easier. Some ideas I have are radically change the way adults approach the world in terms of learning new skills after high school so that they can find what they are passionate about. I want them, excuse me, us to have a system in place so companies provide small classes about what each employee in their field does-the real stuff not the advertised image portrayed, so we have employees who are passionate about what they are doing working at every level. Overall, work won't be so hated and the world will be happier. With the increase in employee moral and motivation; innovation will also increase-leading to advances in technology and ease of life. With companies truly non corrupt and with a higher level of advancement-they can use their wealth to improve the world and fix it's problems. It's a small dream, but I will make my mark.
