Seven Volpone
CEO in Los Angeles, California
A native of the Bronx, New York, Seven Volpone spent many of his formative years in New Jersey before studying music and business at New Jersey City University. By the late 1990s, he had formed rock band Seven and the Sun. Seven Volpone’s band signed to Atlantic Records in 1999 and released the single “Walk with Me” in 2002. The song appeared on three Billboard charts, including Top 40 Tracks, and was featured in the film America’s Sweethearts.
Seven Volpone went on to co-found We3Kings, where he supervised music creation for hundreds of television programs. In 2007, he and one of his former bandmates joined with two other musicians to form Whiskey Falls, a country-rock group whose debut album produced two singles that reached the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Whiskey Falls won the Breakout Band of the Year honor from Nashville’s Music Row before disbanding in 2011.
In the years since, Mr. Volpone has dedicated his time to building a career as an entrepreneur and executive. Along with We3Kings, he co-founded media-consulting firm Push-Point Management Group, where he worked with several high-profile companies. His business pursuits also include assisting in the development of two social-influencing platforms that were later purchased by Xhibit Corp.
Since January of 2017, Seven Volpone has served as managing director of Big Block Capital and CEO of Big Block Media. At these companies, he draws on his diverse professional experience to oversee investments in media and other industries.
