Shab Nassirpour

I’m the creative director at an IT firm. It’s pretty unusual these days to find someone who’s been with the same company for a long time. When we first started out, I was the company’s only designer.

Now, more than 10 years later, I’ve created a full-service design agency within the firm. We handle brand development and user experience design, serving both internal and external clients. As the creative director, I’m responsible for building brand strategy, cultivating a talented creative team, and creating a culture that values design thinking. It’s a thrill to grow concepts into reality.

As a leader in the company, I ask a lot of questions to get to the heart of solving big problems. With each new project, my team and I explore how people connect to technology and each other.
