Colin Costa

Colin is a licensed massage therapist by the state of Illinois and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. In addition to practicing massage, Colin is also a certified Master Reiki Practitioner and energy worker. He believes that the combination of both massage therapy and energy work can aid in achieving an overall sense of well-being and a greater quality of life.

Colin attended school at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, Chicago Loop campus. Where he was trained in Clinical massage modalities including: myofascial techniques, deep tissue, and sports styles as well as relaxation and swedish massage. He received his Reiki training at Spirit Knoll in Wisconsin.

Colin also strongly believes that physical and energetic movement are essential in achieving a state of health and wellness. When the body is stagnant, old fluids and energies build up and are unable to be recycled. With the help of body and energy work, they are activated and cleansed, moving us from a state of dysfunction towards a state where our bodies can achieve harmony and perform at optimal levels.

Colin leads an active lifestyle filled with movement. Outside of massage he is a fire performer, long distance runner and practices martial arts. He understands how essential health and movement are to a full and productive life.
