Shalley Villamarin

Hello!

My name is Shalley Villamarin.

I am a student at Florida International University studying hospitality and tourism management graduating this upcoming December 2015.

I have experience working in the hospitality industry from working in a backpacker hostel near the Everglades Nat'l Park to a rustic 166 room lodge near Denali Nat'l Park, Alaska to serving tropical pina coladas to guests in Key Largo, Florida.

I am a globe trotter who loves to visit new destinations and learn about new vibrant cultures and languages to have a better understanding of the world around us.

I am an advocate in environmental and social sustainability. I admire companies that care about the environment and teaches it to its fellow employees.

Destination marketing is a field I am interested withing the tourism industry.
