Shannon has been working in Real Estate for over 13 years and in multiple capacities. She has worked in title and escrow, customer service, and transaction coordination. Shannon has had the privilege of working in multiple market centers including the Bay Area and Arizona.
Shannon joined The Home Team in May 2014. Her part of the team is two-fold. She serves as the Transaction Coordinator and also as the Office Manager.This allows her to be of the utmost value to The Home Team's clients before, during, and after their transactions.
During the transaction process, Shannon remains in touch with clients frequently regarding documents that need to be signed, informing clients of your timeline, and answering questions they may have. It is her job to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. She will work alongside the agents, title company, and lenders to make sure everyone is on the same page and communicating effectively.
