You will almost always find me cheering on my favorite team. I'm obsessed. Amateur, professional - it doesn't matter. I'm a big fan. This passion spills over into my personal and professional life. I've been known to cheer loudly at my sons' sporting events, high school variety shows, family euchre tournaments and even an occasional board game. My goal is to be my family's biggest encourager, their strongest supporter.

In my professional life, it is no different. As an agency principal, I believe my most important role is to be an enthusiastic advocate. Clients trust that I am working to support their business with every effort our agency makes. While we may be directly responsible for the success of two different companies, we are all on the same team.

The advocacy carries over to our internal team as well. Our staff is second to none - they work hard, they are incredibly creative and they always get the job done. In addition to providing leadership and direction, I pride myself on cheering on the team, celebrating our big victories and also being there to provide encouragement when times are tough.
