I am a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner.
I support people emotionally, physically and spiritually who are recovering from trauma, anxiety and stress.
There are many different variations of yoga therapy, with some practices being more oriented towards physical health conditions while other more psycho-emotional. My practice has more to do with the latter.
I use the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Method which uses Embodied Mindfulness and Mind-Body Talk Therapy.
