System Administrator, Project Manager, and Artist in Nettuno, Italia

After over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in the event management and entertainment sector, I decided to reinvent myself. Following this notion I went back to school in 2005 to study Office Administration and Communication.

My first endeavors lead me to the marketing and business development side of the high tech industry, herein gathering user expertise as BDR with Salesforce.com and SAP CRM. Moving forward I was able to deepen my knowledge on both systems as Project Manager for marketing & business development (mostly data improvement and lead generation) projects.

Since then, my passion for information technology as well as my curiosity for understanding and optimizing processes has driven me more and more towards the technical side. I am now a System Administrator (planned Salesforce.com Certification exam), aiming towards a career that includes both administration and development. My main experiences, made in the last couple of years, are strongly related to the administration and customization in an around Salesforce.com (User Management, UI customization, Data management, Custom Objects/Apps, Workflows & Process Automation).

Thanks to my ever-growing enthusiasm for this line of work, the ability to adapt myself and my pervasive desire to increase my knowledge I have worked with a variety of different technologies (i.e.: Salesforce.com, SAP CRM, Joomla, SharePoint Services, Act-On Marketing Automation, Microsoft Exchange Server) and am currently responsible for the implementation and management of Salesforce.com, all Marketing Systems (incl Content Mangement and HTML coding), Databases and Social Media Platforms at 3D2B.

Personal skills & qualities: Self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative, solution orientated whilst dealing with problems, accurate, flexible, creative, broad-minded, and always curious with a strong will to learn, grow and improve.
