Sheila Payne

Sheila Payne is a passionate photographer, who has an eye for capturing the beauty and significance of everyday events and precious moments. She appreciates the wonder of nature, and enjoys sharing her view of the world with others. Her passion for photography developed in high school, when she signed up for a course, which taught her the basics of photography, and also gave her the ability to develop her own images. It was through this experience that she became inspired, to see things from different viewpoints, and find the significance and beauty in even the smallest things. Sheila has always loved photography, but after working several jobs, that were not able to let her express her creativity, she decided to go back to school. She was ready to chase her dream, and was excited to learn new techniques and skills, which would enable her to provide and share beautiful photos with others. Sheila is an avid traveller, and finds great interest in other cultures and the foregrounds. Sheila grew up in the city of Pickering, just east of Toronto, Ontario. She has lived in the same family home for the majority of her life. Coming from a close-knit family, consisting of her parents who have been happily married for 35 years, and two sisters. She also has a large extended family, where she has been able to capture all of the most meaningful family moments that will be cherished forever. She takes pleasure in the joy she gives to others, when they have received an image that has stopped a cherished moment in time.
