Sheila Mielcarek

Sheila Mielcarek is the Founder and President of Global Vision Consulting company – the offspring of over 18 years of experience working with Fortune 100 and privately held companies, and small entrepreneurs spanning multiple industries.

She began her career with Motorola after graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is member of Tau Beta Pi – Engineering Honor Society. She later received her MBA and a Masters in Project Management.

She has successfully lead global teams of mulit-disciplined organizations in execution of project plans.

Sheila’s extensive career experience includes executive business strategy, business development, engineering design, project management, strategic planning, process improvements, product development and business planning and marketing.

After leaving corporate America, she worked quietly behind the scenes, consulting to some of the most successful Internet marketers, authors, speakers and entrepreneurs.

Sheila’s other passion is nurturing children’s strengths and finding fun and exciting ways to educate kids on the business skills that make for successful future entrepreneurs.

If not engaged in an exciting project, Sheila’s enjoying some adrenaline pumping activity from sky diving to designing and racing Formula cars, rebuilding classic cars, closing real estate deals or traveling with friends and family. She’s currently planning a Great White Shark diving adventure.
