Sherri has worked in a variety of settings over 30 years. She started in pediatric physical therapy at Felician School for Exceptional Children in 1986. She was employed by the AIDS Resource Foundation(ARFC)for Children in Newark as a Child Health Care Worker in 1987 as a surrogate parent to babies born HIV/AIDS until 1992. She became a parent to a baby boy in 1992 and resumed working in PT as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Orthopedics at HealthSouth until 2005. She is a great multi-tasker & sees the body integratively. Assisting 30 PTs, she realized an innate gift at addressing the soft-tissue issues in musculoskeletal system. She saw the importance of releasing muscle tension before exercise. She went back to a Health Choices Institute & Holistic Massage School to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2003. She uses her knowledge of pain patterns from trigger points to further teach her clients how they can rid themselves of pain through self-care. She practices self-care by stretching, releasing trigger point release & balancing her body's energy systems. She has 10 plus years providing “stress break massages” in corporate settings & has well over 10,000 hours of hands on experience. Sherri maintains a private massage practice in Westfield New Jersey. She is a Certified Practitioner of Donna Eden's Energy Medicine(EEM). EEM gives us a unique set of self-care tools that are integrable into anyone's life. After having a session U will learn how U can balance your energies everyday of your life. Life can get out of control & it is often easy to forget to take care of oneself on any regular basis. After a concussion in 2016 Sherri used drawing and doodling to rewire her brain. In 2017 Sherri began taking graphic recording and graphic facilitation courses. Sherri uses social media to entertain, teach and have fun with drawing, doodling, and making videos with her art. She had transformed into a Doodle Artist drawn to making energy visible in the world.
