Sherri DeWitt

I am an attorney in Orlando, Florida practicing in the areas of complex litigation, real estate, family law, foreclosures, appeals, and transactions. As an attorney for over 25 years, I have worked at several large law firms, but formed the DeWitt Law Firm in 1998 to provide the type of personal legal representation I believe clients deserve.

I was born and grew up in Middletown, New York. In 1982, I was admitted to the Florida Bar and have been authorized to practice before the U.S District Court of the Middle District of Florida since 1983 and before the U.S. Court of Appeal since 1985. I received my B.A. Cum Laude in 1973 and Ph.D. in 1977 from State University of New York at Binghamton. In 1982, I received my J.D. Degree from Cornell University where I was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. I am also the author of a book and numerous articles.
