I’ve been licensed since 2001, and my experience in real estate spans more than 30 years.

My strength is in analyzing the numbers and translating them into real options.

I study the data, track the market, and help clients understand what it means for their situation—whether that’s selling a longtime family home, buying their next place, or evaluating a property as an investment.

I’m skilled in pricing strategy, negotiating, and structuring offers so my clients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

• Homeowners and tired landlords who are open to considering cash offers if a fast and simple closing is desired; including “as is“ and complete haul out situations. This route will include most costs covered by an investor buyer.
