Its been a long journey but I've made the best of it. As a upcoming graduating senior, I'm ready and looking forward to being able to fully focus on my career path. I started out a criminal justice major and after a couple of years I decided that wasn't want I wanted to do, I instead decided that cooking, catering the food industry was what I really wanted to go into so I switched my major to Hospitality and Tourism.

A lot of people say "why hospitality", I say "Why not?" Hospitality is one of the biggest industry in the world and one part of that industry that does extremely well is the Food & Beverage industry. I plan on one day owning my own catering business and in order to do that I need to know and learn all that I possibly can to prepare myself for future success. Also, one of the best things you can ever learn from Hospitality is how to treat people/customers/guest with quality and outstanding service, which I enjoy doing.
