Sidney Sanders

Sidney Sanders is a sophomore accounting major at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is set to graduate May of 2018 and has hopes of having her CPA license.

Sidney is from the town of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Living in a city so close to the boarder has cultured her and has given her a different outlook on life. She is a first generation college student with the determination to succeed against all odds. Sidney is hardworking and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goals. She works a full time job and still has been able to maintain a 3.7 GPA due to her strong time management skills. This has taught Sidney how to work with others and to find solutions to problems in a timely matter. Because of Sidney's academic achievements, she is now an active member in two of Texas Techs honor societies
