Hi, I live and work in Jersey, Channel Islands, Great Britain. I run my own training business that specialises in Food Safety, Licensing Law, Health & Safety and Purchasing & Supply.

I started the business in 2008 after working for Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inn Uk and Jersey Further Education provider, Highlands College.

Because we are so close to the continent, I love travelling around europe in my caravan, sampling the foods and wines from all the areas, especially west coast France and Spain.

Until recently I was Regional Chairman of the British Institute of Innkeeping and enjoyed organising the annual Pub awards.

I have recently joined CIPS, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and look forward to acting as the branch secretary of the recently formed Channel Islands Branch.

I am a keen follower of motorsport and watch every Formula 1 race with my buddy, and enjoy travelling to Le Mans to watch the famous 24 hr.
