SMART, South Metrocity Association of Realtors was formed in 2009 by bringing together a few professional realtors with experience operating purely in the south Mumbai realty market. The aim of creating this association was to have a parent body that could address the needs of the realtor industry and that could bring realtors on a common platform while encouraging standard and best business practices.
