Smita Shukla

I believe good design can change lives; it can change the way we experience the world. As a partner at Seed and Sky Design, I work hard to make good design happen.

Prior to co-founding our company, I was working as an Associate at Lustedgreen in London.

I graduated as an architect in 2004. Since, I have spent time in

Smita graduated from BVP in 2004. Following her one year work experience at Iqbal Chaney and Associates, she went to persue M.Arch from the Ohio State University in USA. While at University, she worked part time as a Graphic Designer, assisted as an undergraduate design teacher, and travelled extensively across USA and western Europe. She moved to London in 2008 and joined Munkenbeck and Partners, working for two years on a multiple award winning mixed use project in Central London. She then moved on to a small firm, Lustedgreen, as an Associate where she has had the opportunity to experiment with various design ideas, materials and methods of construction while working on prestigious sites including the Westminster, Buckingham and Blenheim Palaces, and the Foyles Bookshop.

I am passioante about the creative learning process and over the years have independently pursued courses in Art History, German, English Literature, Philosophy, Poetry and Painting. She is currently persuing a year long part course in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Cambridge.
