Sol y Mar is a beautiful apartment that combines modern and traditional Moorish character. If you research our prices you will see for the quality of apartment, location and the facilities we are offering, you will be hard pressed to find anything similar. The property is located in Riviera Del Sol, which is in between Fuengirola and Marbella on the Costa Del Sol.

We believe in being honest and not greedy. We would rather have our prices lower and achieve more bookings, offering you our paying guest great value for money and hopefully repeat bookings and referrals for us.

From the outside, the property immediately greets you with a traditional Spanish feel with its white washed walls and mature, landscaped gardens. A Moorish theme continues throughout the property.

Sol y Mar is a two bed, penthouse apartment. Ideally accommodating up to 4, but 6 at a maximum for a low extra cost.

The balcony has a partial sea view and overlooks the pool and gardens. The balcony has a barbeque, traditional tiling, lanterns, mosaic table, benches and loungers.

There is also a communal swimming pool with a children's pool, showers and toilet facilities.

The location is fantastic!

25 minutes drive from the airport.

15 minutes from Fuengirola and 20 minutes from Marbella.

10 minute walk to the beach.

10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, bus stop and taxi rank.

The weather here is glorious and usually boasts 320 days of sun every year!
