Sophia Jackson Casey

Sophia Casey, founder of Nia Driven Coaching, is an affiliate life coach of Accomplishment Coaching (AC) – one of ICF’s top accredited coaching organizations. She specializes in empowering all types of people to achieve success in their professional and personal lives. Her niche is helping clients to use their true Essence to create breakthroughs towards fulfilling their life’s desires and living an authentic life.

The company name, Nia Driven Coaching, was inspired by the Swahili word and fifth principle of Kwanzaa. Nia, meaning lustrous purpose, is rooted in the belief that all humans are inherently great and desire to lead a purpose-driven life. Sophia worked as a federal government senior manager, program analyst and as an educator for more than 25 years. She is passionate about helping her clients purposely pursue and achieve their goals. Her clients report that their work with Nia Driven Coaching helped to propel their lives in monumental ways including in the areas of career fulfilment, enhanced relationships and increased work-life balance.

Sophia received her education at UCLA and Johns Hopkins. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and a foster parent. In her free time Sophia enjoys dancing, zumba, motivating others and spending time with her husband and son.
