Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY... Bill Spencer (also known as) "soulful reed" is an upcoming & inspiring artist. Singing is his passion whether it's country, r&b;, pop, etc. To him it's not just music, but more of a therapeutic lifestyle. "The only moment as an artist where the term "freedom" can truly exist"; a saying which he's lived by growing up. He seeks to expand himself musically and network with many great artist locally.
