Sparkling Belle professionals have at least 5 years of industry experience with many professionals in our team with more than 20 years in the Bridal industry. Sparkling Belle is led by Angela Skinner who was originally from and trained in Melbourne Australia who received additional training with leading Bridal hair and makeup artist Sharryn Sinclair (creative director at WASP). Angela is now based in Perth.
