Spencer Plummer

Spencer Plummer is an executive and real estate investor based in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he oversees two companies. He established the real estate investment and development firm Zeus Investments, LLC, in 2003. Through this company, he acquires and develops raw land, and also purchases and improves existing properties. Spencer Plummer also oversees the company’s financial operations (which include mezzanine financing), as well as the rental property management arm. To ensure smooth operations, he serves as a liaison between private interest and public interest parties by working with government officials, including governors, mayors, and city council members.

Spencer Plummer is also involved in the horse training world through Arc of Flight, LLC, a stable he established in Farmington, Utah, to breed, feed, and care for horses. The organization manages stallion and broodmare portfolios, and has opened new markets, including Ireland, Australia, and Brazil.

Outside of work, Mr. Plummer is actively involved in the youth community as a coach for multiple sports and a director of a summer youth conference. He is also a gospel doctrine teacher.
