Stephan O’Hair has spent the last year as director of operations for Hourglass Community Crisis Center in Eugene, Oregon, a ColumbiaCare Services program. He previously spent time as a mental health specialist overseeing behavioral psychology services with the Oregon State Hospital and as a skills trainer supervisor at Trillium Family Services. In his position with Hourglass Community Crisis Center, Stephan O’Hair is responsible for the continued development and ongoing oversight of the program, which provides short term crisis support to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues. In addition to his organizational and direct care work, Mr. O’Hair engages with relevant community partners to maximize the crisis center’s scope and effectiveness.

A psychology graduate of Oregon State University, Stephan O’Hair has developed a number of skills over the course of his career in the mental health field. He is particularly experienced in areas of therapeutic crisis intervention and mental health counseling, though he also draws on important organizational skills, such as team leadership and employee training.
