I am the General Manager of an events catering company called Catering by Aubrey Allen, based in Warwick in the Midlands.

Aubrey Allen is a familly business with 80 year inspiring excellence in chef''s butchery, fine food retailing and catered events and is reputed to be one of the best butchers in the country and proud to have a Royal Warrant.

I have always loved cooking and after leaving school I studied Hotel Management at Thanet Technical College. I have had a long management career that spans a wide variety of hotels.

With my own event management company I have travelled extensively and my wife and I have a house in Cyprus so you will see some influences of Mediterranean in my recipes.

My gluten free family consists of my wife, my mother, my brother-in-law, my nephew and my sister and we all love cooking and great food.

I now specialise in cooking everything gluten free and I hope that you enjoy my blog and trying these recipes.
