Stephen designed and had technical aircraft technical type courses approved by Civil Aviation Regulatory Authorities in Canada, USA, Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Australia, and by several oil companies such as BP, Encana, Total, AGIP and Shell - a significant achievement.
Stephen designed and delivered F35 fighter jet construction training for a major Canadian aerospace manufacturer.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Built an Aerospace Training Centre that delivered technical and non-technical training to 3000+ employees in 22+ countries, recruited 10 instructors and 6 staff. This Training Centre was subsequently sold for a substantial amount.
Developed a rapport with regulatory aviation bodies internationally in order to have aircraft type training approved for delivery.
Involved with Human Factors implementation at a high level.
An Expert Witness with CAE and Thomsen Reuters Expert Witness Service, (formerly Round Table Group, Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group and Healthcare Litigation Support). Consulted by the media after aircraft accidents.
