Licensed in Florida as a medical practitioner since 2004, Stephen Romagnolo, MD, is an expert in Mohs surgery and in 2012 was re-certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Since 2008, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo has practiced with the Center for Dermatology and Skin Surgery, Inc. He offers Tampa Bay residents surgical and reconstructive treatment of skin cancer, as well as general dermatology care.

Dr. Romagnolo also provides training, lectures, and professional development guidance for other dermatologists. A frequent public lecturer, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo was an invited speaker at the inaugural 2012 meeting of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners in Siesta Key, Florida.

Before he decided to become a doctor, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Statistics. He attended Columbia as a recipient of the Joseph Pulitzer Scholarship for Academic Excellence and graduated with honors. He later completed post-baccalaureate work at Indiana University in preparation for his medical studies, before earning his MD from Dartmouth Medical School in 1998. He then did residencies in internal medicine and dermatology at MCP-Hahnemann University Hospitals.

Dr. Romagnolo is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery. In his free time, he pursues interests in woodworking, painting, voice, and cosmetic chemistry.
