Steve Colby

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, cinematographer and producer Steve Colby maintains a strong presence in the Southeast media industry. As head of Pogo Pictures, Steve Colby works closely with major companies in envisioning campaigns that are tied to specific brand identities, and that reach new audiences. In late 2019, his production team completed advertising campaigns across Italy, Greece, and Croatia.

Among Mr. Colby’s signature achievements has been a 2013 Super Bowl commercial that featured Moose, his beloved Nigerian dwarf goat. The playful Doritos spot gained recognition among a wide audience, and has since earned ranking within the top 50 Super Bowl commercials of all time.

Mr. Colby maintains a passion for organic gardening in Georgia, and enjoys activities such as sculpting and photography in his free time. He is also a music lover with an affinity for instruments such as the ukulele, piano, guitar, and violin. His philanthropic work includes support of Bridge to Recovery, which focuses on overcoming childhood trauma, and CARE, which offers worldwide volunteer experiences to young people.
