Steve La Rue

Steve La Rue is a Personal Chef to a 92-year-old Patriarch of a wealthy Kentucky family, and by using the word Wealth, what he really means is that this family is Rich in History and Roots, not Cash. Land actually bears their Name. Steve is also an Award-winning Photographer, and by that, he means to imply that a Blue Ribbon from the County Fair qualifies as an Award. Last week, he fashioned a Chalk Board from a piece of discarded plywood, hence, Steve is also kinda Crafty. But there's more: Steve also fancies himself to be a pioneer in Organic Farming, and by Pioneer, he means he has followed other people's advice on how to grow stuff that is safe to eat, good for the environment, and fun to look at. Steve has a degree in Journalism from an expensive private school in Texas and knows better than to end a sentence with a Preposition, but sometimes it cannot be helped. A Career littered with Jobs in Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, Film, Television, & Stage has rewarded Steve with lots of other artsy Friends, but what Steve loves most to do is Surf, play Tennis, cycle, practice Yoga, drink Bourbon, and Eat. In his spare time, Steve is restoring a modest yet cozy 100-year-old home that houses a Tiger Cat named Moses.
