Steve Verschoor is an established presence in the Boise community and guides GTSP Global, Inc., which has main offices in Taiwan and Idaho. As co-founder, he oversees the solar power manufacturer’s sales efforts and has secured global contracts with diverse clients worldwide. Beyond North America, regions of focus for Steve Verschoor include Korea, China, Europe, and the Middle East, and the company has achieved a solid growth trajectory worldwide.

As vice president with Macquarie Investment Bank in Sydney, Australia, from 2006 to 2008, Mr. Verschoor guided strategic planning and staffing aspects of a new business focused on semiconductor residual-value operating leases. One global initiative centered on the successful development of minimum syndication funding pathways designed to lower risk.

Mr. Verschoor also has nearly two decades of experience in various sales leadership positions with Applied Materials. Joining the firm in 1988 in Santa Clara, California, he assisted in the testing, manufacture, and quality-auditing of advanced semiconductor equipment.

As a site operations manager in Boise in the early 1990s, Steve Verschoor was tasked with ensuring that Micron Technology, Inc.’s site-specific requirements were met. He managed the deployment of critical engineering resources for the Applied Materials’ customer, while configuring future tools to meet high standards of accuracy. He ultimately attained a position as sales director, North America, with the firm.
