Steven Raheb is a Pomfret Center, Connecticut resident who is passionate about supporting his community. He often participates in events sponsored by the American Legion, The Lions, and is a board member for the Woodstock Agricultural Society.. He also maintains affiliation with Rotary International. Regarding his professional endeavors, Steven Raheb works as an Adjunct Professor of Biology and Human Sciences at Quinebaug Valley Community College.

A retired Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Steven Raheb previously owned The Women's Health Center of Putnam, PC, where he provided patient care and oversaw all administrative functions. He joined the practice in 1992 and took over from his father in 1998 until 2011, during which time he was supported by various OB/GYN partners and two midwives. He also saw patients at Day Kimball Hospital from 1992 until his retirement in 2017.

A former Lieutenant Commander in the US Naval Reserve, Dr. Raheb completed his medical Internship and OB/GYN Residency at the United States Naval Hospital in San Diego, California. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Humanities from Providence College, where he belonged to the Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Med Honor Society.
