A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, Steven Romagnolo holds a bachelor of science in finance. Since entering the mortgage lending industry, he has developed considerable expertise in the fields of product marketing and positioning, market strategy, budgeting, technology implementation, and employee development. Steven Romagnolo currently serves as president of the Westport, Massachusetts-based mortgage sales lead conversation company The Lead Hunter, LLC. His responsibilities with The Lead Hunter range from training loan officers and monitoring their conversion/capture ratios to designing capture websites and search engine optimization campaigns.
Outside of the professional arena, Steven Romagnolo loves to get out on the water to Jet Ski and deep-sea fish. He also enjoys bike riding and golfing. As a sports spectator, he closely follows the National Football League and has held season tickets for the New England Patriots for 15 years. Mr. Romagnolo is married to a woman from Poland and has traveled extensively throughout that country as well as several other European nations.
