I began my legal career in 1998 with Denson & Swain, P.C., and today serve as Managing Partner of The Swain Law Firm, P.C. in Houston. I'm an honors graduate of Baylor University and earned my law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1996.

My practice focuses on real estate, probate, and estate planning, and I frequently serve as co-counsel with plaintiffs' firms on multi-million dollar litigation across the state. Over the years, my colleagues have come to know me as a skillful negotiator and a steady guide through the courts in all matters related to probate, work that calls for both technical precision and a clear, practical approach to complex problems.
